Powered anode rods are different withtraditional sacrificial anodes which degrade themselves to protect the waterheater tanks. They use an electrical current through an insert titaniumelectrode to energize the oxide noble metal coating outside the electrode togive enough electrons to protect the steel tank steadily and continuously.

Overall, when compared with traditionalsacrificial anodes, powered anodes have many advantages. They don't degradewhich preventing the smelly water and their low consumption rate ensure morethan 10 years lifespan.

Our special technology of potentiostat can measure the returning currentand adjust the output voltage which can avoid the overprotecting to the waterheater tanks.Our powered anode rods can be customized as per clients requested(connected in water heaters' PCB board or supplied with individual power plug.
