Jennings Anodes casting process ensures the ultimate performance of the anode and the life of the anode. Our internal testing standards and the 3rd party tests are performed to guarantee high quality of the products. Every anode is stamped with a unique serial number for quality tracking and after-sale service.
According to ASTM sampling practice, anode samples are taken before and after every heat. Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures are employed and strictly implemented to guarantee the performance of Jennings Anodes products.
Testing reports are enclosed in the shipping documents for each order. The 3rd party testing is conducted by customer’s special request at extra charge.
Jennings Anodes has strict packing standards to guarantee safe delivery. Clear shipping marks and documentation make it easier for acceptance of the order.
